As soon as you walk the first few metres, you realise that you are entering an exceptional site for a stay with family or friends. The property's exterior is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. On site, you'll find all the facilities you need to enjoy your stay.

2 communicating houses, each with its own fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, shower room and toilet. You'll live together while enjoying your own private space. In total, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 4 WCs, for 9 to 12 people (2 sofa beds and 1 folding bed). The décor is full of unusual decorative objects, with a variety of atmospheres and a constant desire for comfort.
The terrace is perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals under the patio and making the most of the heated swimming pool (May to October). Outdoor furniture and sun loungers to suit all tastes and shapes!
Near the pool, downstairs, 2 large rooms, each measuring almost 60m². Bar, pool table, table football and table tennis. The kitchen, which complements the bar, can be used as a dining room.
Outside, large trees provide shade. The lawn has a football goal, a volleyball net and a swing with a slide and children's swing. 200 metres away, as you leave the enclosed area, you have access to the private fishing pond, 800m², for family fishing (carp and other species).

A town renowned for the quality of its landscaped areas, its marina (boat hire, kayaks, bicycles, paddles, etc.), the Refuge de l'arche, a wildlife park specialising in the collection of wild animals, its national theatre at Les Ursulines and all its festivals and events.
