The gîte can accommodate up to 80/100 people in the reception room and 60 people in bed.

Four large common rooms: a 89m² games room with billiards and table football - an adjoining 72m² lounge - an 80-seater 100m² restaurant - a 55m² meeting room - a professional kitchen with a cold room,
Complete with 2 large changing rooms with showers and toilets.

Sleeping accommodation: a potential 13 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, washbasin and private toilet, for a total of 60 beds. Possibility of renting a half-gîte: 7 rooms (capacity of 30 people).

Wifi internet access throughout the building, TV, hi-fi system, 4-speaker amplifier.

The site has national education and DDCSPP accreditation.

The Colmont gîte is located in the commune of Gorron, close to shops, sports facilities and the countryside. This small town in the Mayenne region is renowned for its sports facilities and dynamism: football stadium, climbing wall, swimming pool, athletics, orienteering course, gym, weights room, hiking, etc.

On foot, you have access to :
- several hiking trails,
- the Colmont river, a 1st category fishing river (federal fishing card required),
- 5 minutes from the municipal swimming pool, which is open all year round,
- 10 min: sports ground and petanque area,
- 20 mins: La Colmont leisure park with its many outdoor activities: tree climbing, paintball, swin golf, canoeing, kayaking, etc.
