Gîte de la Grez

Senonnes is situated 1 hour 15 minutes from Nantes, 50 minutes from Rennes or Angers, and 50 minutes from Laval. It’s an ideal location for getting together with family, friends or colleagues.
The Gîte de la Grez offers a large hall measuring 115m² (accommodating up to 80 people), a bar area with a counter, a fully equipped professional kitchen of 32m² with a 14m² utility room (crockery for 80 people), complemented by a toilet and washbasin area.
Running the length of the building: a partly sheltered south-facing terrace and extensive green spaces.
10 bedrooms sleeping 35 people, including one on the ground floor with one 90-cm bed and one 140 × 190-cm bed, with an accessible bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin). The other 9 bedrooms are on the first floor, accommodating 2 to 6 people per room and each with a washbasin, with a total of: 4 toilets and 5 showers.

You can add to the sleeping capacity by using the Semnon holiday cottage (H53P010955), the building directly opposite, which sleeps 14 (12 beds) and has its own bathroom facilities.
