Ground-floor guest room of 24 m², adjoining the owners' villa with a private entrance, situated on a 3000 m² property planted with oak trees.
Unheated outdoor swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September).
Capacity: 2 adults + 1 child under 3 years old in a travel cot, or 3 adults + 3 years old (3rd adult on a 90 x 200 cm single bed).
Two 90 x 200 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180 x 200 cm double bed. + 1 90 x 200 cm single bed.
