Ground-floor guest room of 24 m², adjacent to the owners' villa with its own entrance, located on a 3000 m² property with oak trees.
Unheated outdoor swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September).
Capacity: 2 adults + 1 child under 3 years old in a cot; or 3 people (3rd person in a single bed 90 x 200 cm).
2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (180 x 200 cm). + 1 additional single bed (90 x 200 cm).
