In a setting that invites you to disconnect, with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the sunset, we offer a unique cuisine crafted from raw ingredients delivered directly by our farmers, breeders, and local suppliers. Our generous and authentic menu showcases the local terroir: organic Ventoux lamb and pork entirely processed on-site, Sault spelt, Vaucluse truffle, and more.
