At the foot of the 3 Becs, in a restaurant in the heart of nature, gourmet cuisine by a chef devoted to his profession, who favors fresh, local produce and homemade dishes; a cuisine without concessions.
In 2020, we'll be offering a new formula where you'll be able to choose between a set menu (4 dishes) and a tasting menu, focusing on rural nostalgia and the terroir trend.
From July 18, we'll also be offering Paniers Chics, more than just a picnic in the great outdoors! Le Rat des Villes or Le Rat des Champs: order yours by email and pick it up at the relay point of your choice (at the Auberge itself or in Saillans or Bourdeaux).
