"Le Comptoir de l'Evesque" is located in the heart of an old barn converted into a restaurant with two air-conditioned rooms for 50 guests and a shaded terrace for up to 100.
Situated equidistant between the villages of Sauve and Quissac, at the gateway to the Cévennes and 30 km from Nîmes and Alès, "Le Comptoir de l'Evesque", its chef Céline, a Maître Restaurateur, and her team offer local, seasonal cuisine, using short-run produce from the restaurant's kitchen garden. Their hybrid cuisine blends the flavors of southern France and Brittany.

The Comptoir de l'Evesque's location makes it an ideal venue, with two fully heated and air-conditioned dining rooms, one in an industrial style, the other with a glass roof, for a total capacity of 50 people. The summer terrace is ideal for meals and poolside events for up to 100 people, or even more under a reception tent in our dedicated space. Comptoir de l'Evesque's chefs' expertise and menu offer a culinary experience geared towards a semi-gastronomic approach.
