Restaurant les Carolines

Located in the heart of the Fabrique, with a covered terrace for sunny days, and an indoor fireplace in winter, the tea room is an unusual place with an unclassifiable decor.
From Monday to Friday, Anne-Sophie is on hand in the tea room from 10.30am to 6pm.
Pastries and cookies are prepared on site, accompanied by organic fruit juice, tea, hot chocolate or Italian-style coffee.
A gourmet break that always includes a small nougat to taste.
