Located in the heart of the Fabrique, with a covered terrace for fine weather, and a fireplace in the dining room in winter, the restaurant is an unusual place with an unclassifiable decor.
Every lunchtime, from Monday to Friday, chef Thomas Guy devotes himself to his passion for cooking. Daily specials, tarts, vegetarian platters and desserts are constantly renewed.
Everything is homemade, prepared with local produce, for a refined and creative local cuisine.
In the afternoons, Anne-Sophie is at your service in the tearoom, from 3pm to 6pm.
Pastries and cookies are prepared on site, accompanied by organic fruit juice, tea, hot chocolate or Italian-style coffee.
A gourmet break that always includes a small nougat to taste.
