Our cooking is made with local produce such as Archiane trout, Diois lamb and local walnuts, aromatic plants from the garden : come and discover the Drôme delicacies, including the Clairette de Die sparkling wine, perfect after a long hike or a quiet day enjoying our facilities: swimming in our covered pool, or relaxing in the sauna, playing pool or pétanque...Take the time to unwind!
