





Millers from father to son for four generations, the Lauriou family prepares the local speciality, fouée (a small ball of bread baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with local produce), using their own millstone flour, just as they did in days gone by.
The restaurant also offers a mobile oven, as well as occasional entertainment and themed evenings.
