For 7 generations, the Toublanc family has cultivated the land and vines overlooking these hillsides to produce the following appellations: Muscadet, Coteaux d'Ancenis (red, rosé and Malvoisie), Anjou, Crémant de Loire...
At the estate, enjoy an exceptional panoramic view over the Loire and the hillside vineyards, and learn all about the winemaking process and the work in the vineyards. These wine enthusiasts welcome you to a cellar with an uninterrupted view of the Loire Valley and a tasting room that showcases the different appellations produced.
To make the most of the estate, book a self-guided walk through the vines. It's a great way to discover the local heritage, the hillsides and the view of the Loire. Extend the experience with a gourmet picnic. This is sure to please even the most discerning gourmets... (booking on the estate's website)
Our favourite: the Muscadet Coteaux de la Loire "Champtoceaux", a Muscadet aged on lees for 5 years! And for lovers of fine bubbles: the Crémant de Loire "Léon & Jean", a tribute to grandfathers.
You can also take advantage of the opportunity to discover the beef rillettes and other jars of PDO Maine-Anjou meat from their Rouge-des-Prés herd, a local breed of cow.
