Intra Muros, created in 1988, the studio of the painter François VERRIMST presents Pastels, Charcoals, Sanguines carried out on bottom of marine charts.
Blue or sepia inks executed with wash and calame (reed pen).
This work, on maps, quite different from landscapes done with pastels, began one day on board the boat when drawing paper was in short supply.
Inspired by the maritime landscapes, salt marshes and skies of the Guérande peninsula, the painter will be delighted to show you his work in his studio.
