La Confiserie Mignon ...a story that has been going on since 1827, an essential part of the Promenade du Port du Pouliguen.

After six generations of confectioners, the family spirit and recipes have remained the same. While new flavours have been created, the recognised expertise that has made this house a place where grandparents bring their grandchildren, where parents do the same with their children... An address that has been handed down from generation to generation! Started by Maximilien just under two centuries ago, the confectionery is a place where the simplest pleasures can be found, such as the real niniche, the original, with salted butter caramel, often plagiarised but never equalled.
