








Based in Pornic in the Pays de la Loire region, La Fraiseraie is one of the pioneers of short distribution channels. With a strong producer DNA and a commitment to eating well, it has developed a whole range of delicatessen products based around strawberries, with no preservatives, colourings or artificial flavourings.
It was in 1975 that the first jams joined the trays of fruit on the market stalls, much to the delight of its Pornicois customers. The era of sorbets began in the early 80s with the opening of the first shop in Pornic. Over the decades, sorbets have become the flagship products on which La Fraiseraie's reputation is largely based. The company continued to expand, mainly in the Loire-Atlantique region. By 2021, it will be offering fresh pastries. All these activities make La Fraiseraie "unique", as it combines five professions: fruit producer, processor, patissier, retailer and restaurateur.

La Fraiseraie's strawberry market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings* from mid-April to July. This is an opportunity for gourmets to find different varieties of the company's signature fruit (minimum quantity 2.5kg).
