Since 2001, the Bretons at Warung Breton have been working to bring you recipes that are as close to the Breton tradition as possible, all cooked with good local produce.
In Warung Breton's crêpes and galettes you'll find :
- organic eggs from the Ferme du Bois de Boulle in La Turballe
- organic flour from the Ferme du Cardichais in Bain de Bretagne (35)
- home-made salted butter caramel from Warung Breton
- country sausages from Ille et Vilaine
- etc...
All accompanied by a good bowl of cider from Ferme Saint-Charles, in Plessé (35).
