The 2021 season is just getting underway, and we're delighted to welcome you to the Pornichet market (Wednesdays and Saturdays) and the La Baule market (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). The other markets will be opening soon, so keep an eye on our social networks.

At the same time, the "Produit en Presqu'île" association, of which we are a member, offers to group your orders from local producers by clicking here.
Discover the products of our producers, place your order directly, we will group it together and make it available at Burban Producteur. There is no extra cost for either the consumer or the producer.
Pick-ups are on Fridays from 4pm to 6.30pm at Burban Producteur (Route de Rézac La Baule Escoublac).
Last date for orders:
Thursday at 3pm for collection on Friday (except for Saumon de Piriac products, 11am).
Any order placed after the deadline will automatically be carried over to the next collection day.

Payment can be made at the time of collection by credit card or cheque.


With a background in traditional market gardening, Alain BURBAN founded BURBAN Production with his brother Joël in 1983. After abandoning a number of crops, they gradually began to focus on strawberries. Since 2007, Alain's two sons, Stéphane and Xavier, have taken over the business, maintaining the family spirit...
Today, BURBAN Production has 2 managers, 3 year-round employees, 50 seasonal workers, more than 300,000 strawberry plants a year, and almost 200 tonnes of strawberries produced on a surface area of 7 hectares. We also grow raspberries, new potatoes and melons.

Eco-agriculture at BURBAN Production:
- A substrate composed of a mixture of blond and brown peat.
- Integrated biological control: biological control using "useful" insects, in partnership with Symbiose.
- Drip irrigation for economical, balanced management of water resources.
- Pollination by introducing bumblebees at the start of flowering.
- Use of recycled packaging and recycling of our own packaging.
- Composting of crop residues.

Burban's strawberries, raspberries, jams, coulis, potatoes, asparagus and melons are available at the markets, and on the spot for strawberries and raspberries, through the big harvests from May to September (strawberries) and June to September (raspberries).
