The popularity of La Forge Pizzeria amongst both locals and visitors alike is down to the skill with which the staff respect the great traditions of Italian cuisine and regional specialities : pepperoni in aceto (peppers sautéd in vinegar) and ‘pizza à la turballaise’ sardines on a bread-base.
