Monsieur Cochon offers generous cuisine with real wood-fired grills (the famous grilled knuckle of pork, home-made sausage, black pudding, sauerkraut with grilled cochonnailles, pork belly with calvados, rib of beef or the excellent andouillette) and other specialities as the menu changes with the seasons.
