After studying hospitality and catering, Jimmy joined his mother Carine in the kitchen, where she welcomes guests with kindness. There, he skilfully expresses his love of fine local produce. In this charming setting, with its period stone and wood features and sleek, modern décor, you can discover the flavours of home cooking made with local produce (meat from the farm and bread from the neighbouring baker, cheese from the Ardennes). The inspiration, more or less classic, is always there. Try the pork cheek with Orval Trappist beer, mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. The dishes are well crafted in terms of combinations, cooking and presentation, and the 100% local charcuterie and cheese boards are accompanied by a fine selection of local craft beers, wines from small vintners or great classics.
