RESTAURANT LE BOIS CENDRÉ

The Restaurant Le Bois Cendré, with its views over the pine trees, offers a menu which combines local produce with an Asiatic twist. It offers dishes prepared using a Japanese barbecue and using rare spices and smoked products. It’s a style of cuisine which is just a bit different.

From May to September, you can use the outdoor, south-facing terrace by the pool with views over the pine trees.

The set menus on offer will certainly make your mouth water – for lunch or dinner (starter-main-dessert from 29 – 42 €)

Set in the heart of the Valdys Resort Hotel, Thalasso and Spa in Saint Jean de Monts, you can also take advantage of the thalasso therapies, Marine Spa and fitness centre "Fitneo".
