Our products come from local producers: edible flowers and herbs grown by Christophe Courjeau, our "mes bios légumes" market gardener, poultry from Challans and fish from the Sables d'Olonne fish auction.

Having spent 20 years in the West Indies, we offer a cuisine with exotic and otherworldly influences.
