Lionel welcomes you to a yellow-tinted room with wooden furniture, and at the back of the room a globe reminding us that there are 6 billion little bellies on earth. The concept is highly original and inspired by the Vendée region. A cuisine simmered in earthenware pots, light recipes that follow the rhythm of the seasons, with the special feature of being topped with a crown of bread or brioche for steaming combined with herb juices. These little ones are the direct descendants of the mogette pot that simmered gently by the fireplace in the Vendée home.
