Le Charron

Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, this detached house, ideally situated on the shores of Lake Saint-Mathieu, is the former home of Fabrice?s grandparents, which he chose to renovate to preserve the family history. Very attached to this hamlet where his family has its roots, Fabrice perpetuates the memory of his grandfather, a wheelwright, who had set up his carpentry workshop in part of the house. Some of his tools are still preserved, testifying to his craftsmanship. The house has a pleasant garden with a gravel terrace. Its privileged location, directly on the lake, allows you to enjoy swimming, fishing, walking and hiking in a natural and peaceful setting.
