With a shared heated swimming pool (5x10m), you'll love putting down your bags in this gîte, which has been converted from an old farmhouse. You will enjoy a small private terrace, a large garden planted with trees and flowers (not enclosed) shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining gîte (independent access). Protected pond, portico, bicycles. 70m² reception room (fireplace) for festive events. Car park.

Adjoining gîte with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, all on one level:
- living room with kitchenette, bathroom + jet shower + WC, bedroom (1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed 90cm), bedroom (2 single beds 90cm) with mezzanine (1 double bed 140cm).
Oil-fired central heating. Utilities, bed linen and cleaning included in the price (except towels and wood not provided).
The gîte can be equipped with single beds only (on request). Pets allowed with an additional deposit of €100.
