Gîte with shared swimming pool on an organic market-garden farm, in a beautiful brick house, along the Canal du Midi, 10km from Toulouse.

La Ferme Bordeneuve is a friendly place with lots to offer! Just 10km from Toulouse (which you can reach by bike), next to the Canal du Midi cycle path, just 300m from the first restaurant and 500m from the shops, and very close to the motorway for easy access, you'll find a beautiful traditional brick house, surrounded by parkland with trees, plots of land used for market gardening (great vegetables!) and meadows where Sandrine's donkeys, sheep and goats graze.) and meadows where Sandrine's donkeys, sheep and goats graze, as well as dogs and cats that roam freely on the property. As you can see, Ferme Bordeneuve will delight families with children, cycling enthusiasts, workers looking for accommodation in the area, and tourists keen to discover the Ville Rose while staying in a 'green' setting.

During your stay, you can make use of the shared outdoor space (park, covered terrace under the old hangar, swimming pool, parking area limited to 2 vehicles for the gîte). Bicycles available. Sandrine lives in the adjoining accommodation.

The gîte has two levels:
- Ground floor: living room with kitchen area separated from the dining area by a bar, small lounge area under the stairs, board games. A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm, cot), 1 children's bedroom (1 single mezzanine bed 120x190cm with desk, 1 single bed 90x190cm), a small bathroom and a WC.
- Upstairs: mezzanine lounge (library), 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm), (1 double bed 140x190cm), shower room/WC. An additional sleeping area is available on request (1 double bed 140x190cm).
Electric heating. Wifi internet connection. No television.
