
At L'Étang Moderne, customers have access to a large buffet of starters every lunchtime. There are themed dishes: for example, calf's head on the first Thursday of each month, or couscous on the third Thursday, home-made beurre blanc every Friday, and home-made chips every day. There will also be a home-made burger and fish à la plancha.
