


Isabelle and Nicolas Nobis welcome you to their restaurant, opened in Mayenne in April 2010, from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime.
The contemporary, uncluttered dining room can seat 20-25 guests, and wood, a warm material, plays an important role.
The chef, who was awarded a Michelin star in 2011, will be delighted to introduce you to his simple, inventive cuisine.
He uses local seasonal produce from regional and organic producers.
2 menus are available: Menu Initiation served in 2 or 3 courses at lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday (except bank holidays), changed regularly.
Menu Eveil des Sens served every day for lunch and dinner, with 8 different formulas to suit your tastes and appetite, changed every 5 weeks.
