Wall walk

The walk along the walls offers superb views of the Combrailles and the volcanoes of the Massif du Sancy. A children's playground allows a fun and pleasant break.
Built on an ancient volcanic flow in inversion of relief, the walk along the walls of Herment takes up the old parapet walk of the great medieval enclosure. Although the castle has now disappeared, the walker will be able to discover the remarkable Romanesque collegiate church.
