2/3 person gîte on the Anjou-Saumur wine route.

Welcome to the advert for our gîte La Gogane, a local-style cottage, now restored on the ground floor (50m2).

Enjoy a living room with sitting area, sleeping area (140cm bed and 90cm extra bed), kitchen area - bathroom with WC - storeroom - private enclosed garden - parking. On site: fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, television, DVD player, garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen provided and bed(s) made on arrival.

In a quiet area, the gîte is ideally situated in the heart of the Anjou region:
- on the Anjou wine route "coteaux et panoramas du layon",
- close to a network of hiking trails (GR and PR),
- 1 km from a greenway joining the "Loire by bike" itinerary,
- 1.5 km from the centre of the town and its services, and from the Angers-Cholet main road.

This position gives you plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area (remarkable local heritage and landscapes, vineyards and wineries, gardens, nature, etc.) and easy access to other parts of Maine et Loire (Angers, Loire Valley and Basses Vallées Angevines, Saumurois, Mauges, etc.).
