A wooden house and the first Ecogite B&B (eco-friendly, locally-sourced building materials, renewable energy, controlled water-consumption, etc.) in an exceptional setting on the gentle slopes above the river Sèvre. Large outside space with 2 donkeys to stroke. Solar-heated swimming pool (6x12m). 2 brightly-coloured guest rooms, each with its own entrance and en-suite shower room with WC.
