On the heights of Montsoreau, Luc Poux, owner of the Logis des Abesses (15th and 16th centuries), welcomes you to this house with its breathtaking views over the village and the Loire.
It has a large paved courtyard of 100 m2 accessible from the street and a 400m2 hanging garden on level 2.
Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a large living room in the former lower hall of the dwelling with a fully-equipped kitchen and a toilet. Go up one floor to access the library with its 80cm bed, the Abesses bedroom with its exposed beams and stonework, the Loire bedroom with its naturalist colours and en-suite shower room. Go up a little further and you'll find yourself on the 2nd floor, where the garden bedroom awaits you, with its en-suite bathroom and summer kitchen area, all with access to the garden.

The village, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", is a popular tourist destination, with the Château de Montsoreau-Musée d'Art Contemporain, the Maison du Parc, the Saut aux Loups mushroom farm, Les Puces de Montsoreau and Les musicales de Montsoreau in July and August.
