The gîte comprises:
Ground floor: large 33 m² living room with sitting area (140 cm sofa bed), dining room and open-plan kitchen - separate WC.
On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with 1 x 160cm bed - bedroom 2 with 2 x 80cm beds and 1 cot - shower room with WC.
On the 2nd floor, bedroom 3 awaits you, fitted with 4 80cm beds - shower room with WC.
A good capacity and sanitary facilities on each floor for this rental, to rent all year round, for a good week's holiday or a weekend!
