Moulin Géant

Tranquillity in an exceptional setting - that's what you can expect from a stay at Le Moulin Géant! For 500 years, this tower mill has stood guard over its rocky site, rich in history: on the edge of the GR3 and cycle paths, high up in the vineyards overlooking the Loire and the village. This unique site offers panoramic views over the vineyards and the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley. Ideally located, there are plenty of things to do nearby: walking or cycling along the Loire by bike route, hiking along the GR3, canoeing/kayaking, hot-air ballooning, visiting the charming villages along the river (Rochefort-sur-Loire, Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, etc.). Angers, its Terra Botanica plant park and historic city centre are just 20 minutes away.

Tour du Moulin (3 ears of corn): studio for 2 people, 30m² shared over 4 levels. On the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and a shower room. On the top floor, a private lounge with an exceptional 360° view. Private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Master bedroom (2 épis): one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm X 200 cm) with private entrance and shower room with shower, wc and washbasin. A family room with sloping ceilings, also with private entrance, comprising two bedrooms (the first with a double bed 160 cm X 200 cm and the second with two single beds 90 cm X 200 cm). Both have en suite facilities (WC, shower, washbasin) and private entrances.

Continental breakfasts include tea, herbal tea, coffee, chocolate, orange juice, freshly baked bread and pastries, organic yoghurt, organic fruit, organic cereals and homemade jams. A flower-bedecked terrace and a relaxing lounge are ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of sunny days.

The owners will be delighted to advise you on the best places to visit in the area (visits, activities, restaurants, tastings, shops, etc.).
