The spacious 600 m2 villa, fully restored, offers all the amenities and space needed for a pleasant stay, combining the comfort of a modern house with the character of an old one, with a refined decor that highlights noble, sustainable materials and is conducive to relaxation.
The villa, which sleeps 12 people, comprises :
- 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (2 twin or double rooms with private bathroom and 2 twin or double rooms with shared bathroom)
- an attic dormitory with bathroom
- On the ground floor, a large corridor leads to a vast room with an adobe floor, a modern kitchen, a dining room and a lounge
- a relaxation and activity room in the attic
- a terrace and a vast garden offering views of the green surroundings.
