The Forclaz pass
Description
Altitude: 871 m.
It links the Ugine valley with Queige and the Beaufortain. Nearby are a succession of beautiful hamlets such as La Forclaz and Champ Gilbert. From the pass, a path leads to the ruins of Château de Cornillon, burnt down in the 14th century.
