The gîte is located on the Hazey estate, an agricultural and forestry property where you'll live to the rhythm of the summer harvest. You'll also enjoy convivial moments in the garden and on the estate: badminton, pétanque, sandbox or ball, jogging, walks along the fields. Just a stone's throw away, Gaillon is rich in shops and activities for the whole family: Aquaval, golf, hiking along the Seine, cinema or a visit to the historic center with its medieval architecture and the château, France's first Renaissance castle. Important information The gîte is equipped with a bedroom, shower room and toilet for people with reduced mobility. Ground floor: entrance to bright living room with cathedral ceiling: sitting area with TV, located around the stove, and dining area. Kitchen area with island and bar that can be used as a second dining area. Bedroom with double electric bed 140x190, accessible for disabled people with independent access from outside. Bathroom with large shower and separate toilet with hand-washer, adapted for disabled access. Heated floor and wood-burning stove in winter. UPSTAIRS: Two attractive attic bedrooms with exposed beams: one with a double bed 160X200 and one with two single beds 90X200. Bathroom with WC. Office space for telecommuting on the landing.
