Gîte le Domaine de Marbois

Domaine de Marbois is an incredible vacation spot, entirely designed for relaxation and leisure. Nestled in the middle of fields, this former half-timbered barn has been restored in a contemporary style, retaining all its soul: beautiful original materials, ecological logic, and a sustainable approach with local craftsmen. The property is truly spacious, both inside and out, with a vast garden all to yourself. Benjamin designed this cottage to be very comfortable, with a feel-good and playful atmosphere. Everyone will find their favorite activity: relaxing around the pool or the Nordic bath, in the cozy lounges by the bar or fireplace, or on the original mezzanine net. Games are also available for shared moments: board games (a real game library!), pinball and arcade games, game consoles, and garden games. For walks, there are plenty of little paths all around, a GR (long-distance hiking trail) less than 4 km away, and beautiful tourist attractions such as Verneuil or Conches. On the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): entrance hall, kitchen with small dining area opening onto the terrace, comfortable dining room with board game area, cozy living room with fireplace, real bar, pinball machine, and arcade games. Large bedroom with 180x200 twin bed; treadmill. 2nd bedroom with dormitory feel, featuring 2 single bunk beds and a twin double bed (160x200). Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet. Laundry room. Upstairs: large landing, relaxation area, reading, or games (TV with Netflix, Nintendo Switch, PS2, Wii). On one side, a master bedroom (160x200 bed) with shower room; on the other, accessible via a walkway above the living room, a beautiful double bedroom (160x200 bed). To the side of the walkway, a mezzanine relaxation net. Toilet. On the garden side, heated swimming pool (9x4m, depth 1.50m), accessible May to mid-October; rest of the year, a Nordic bath. On the large property, private garden of 4000 m²; outdoor games.
