SINGLE-STORY GITE: Entrance to the spacious and bright living area with a very comfortable lounge, a dining area on the terrace, and a very functional and well-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms with double beds and two beautiful bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity. A separate toilet is located on the bedroom side, and a second toilet is located in the living room in the laundry room. The living room opens onto the large wooden terrace with countryside views; under a covered pergola and hidden from view (it closes with a curtain), the 6-seater spa. On the detached property, you can enjoy a large 600 m² outdoor area, enclosed by fences and hedges. A pétanque court is available. Ample parking. For fishermen, just opposite, you can rent a beautiful private, enclosed area with a 2000 m² stocked pond for the day (€200 for the weekend, €300 for the week).
