All around, plenty of beautiful walks along the river or in the forest. Ground floor: entrance with table soccer, large living room opening onto terrace and garden, with modern, well-equipped kitchen with central island, dining area and TV lounge. Relaxation room with 6-seater indoor spa, operational all year round. Separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 colorful attic bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. There's also a laundry/laundry room on the ground floor.
