Nestled in the hollow of the Risle valley, this house is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle in order to recharge your batteries. Its large loft spirit with its bedroom on the mezzanine and its large living room with cathedral ceiling makes it a very cozy place. In fine weather, you can cool off by the magnificent swimming pool and when the sweaters are in order, a small fire in the fireplace will delight you. There's no lack of activities between bike rides on the small paths or in the forest, a game of badminton or pétanque, a few breaststrokes in the swimming pool or quite simply strolling in a deckchair ! Your pets will be welcome provided that little Pepito, the house dog, can continue to frolic in the enclosed garden. As for tourism, the Pays d'Ouche is full of surprises with beautiful picturesque villages such as Beaumesnil and its castle nicknamed the little Versailles or even La Ferrière-sur-Risle with its old hall and its pretty washhouses. You enter the large living room with the lounge facing a beautiful fireplace, a comfortable dining area and a sleeping area with the sofa bed (140x190). You will also find the small fully equipped kitchen behind the bar. Bathroom with shower and wc. A staircase leads you to the bedroom which overlooks the living room and consists of a double bed (140x190), a cot and an office area. Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue gives a view of the carefully maintained private garden of around 2000m². A few steps lead you to the superb heated swimming pool (11x4.5m) surrounded by deckchairs and open from the beginning of May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A second garden area of approximately 2000m², shared with the owners, where a ping-pong table and badminton can be installed. Bicycles for children and adults are also available to explore the surroundings. For those who prefer to walk, the GR224 is less than 3km away.
