La Fanfanette welcomes you for a warm stay at the farm. Mrs Maillard has tastefully furnished a pleasant gîte on the 1st floor of her house. Private, unfenced garden of about 500m². Farmyard on site and a collection of old fashionned objects to discover in the farmhouse. "Voie verte" only 2km away: where you can go cycling or roller-skating. 1ST FLOOR : small balcony. Living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with toilet. For your leisure activities, the owner offers tickets for the swimming pool of Le Neubourg from April to October.
