Along landscapes full of relief, small winding roads through fields or forest, Beauficel-en-Lyons is a small, adorable and peaceful village. On her large property with old traditional buildings in a superb park that she created, Anne-Marie has set up this little nest full of charm. Former antique dealer but also artist, she has created a unique vacation spot, decorated with passion and attention to detail for a very beautiful result: beautiful old furniture, china, chosen colors but also clever homemade creations are staged in this interior with beautiful terracotta tiles and exposed beams. The region is magnificent, between the forest of Lyons, its villages and castles, and Lyons-la-Forêt, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, full of charm with its market hall, its colorful half-timbering, terraces and nice little shops. On the ground floor: entrance with cloakroom area, bright living room which opens out to the park and the terrace at the back: cozy lounge, dining area and small kitchen area which has everything you need. Hallway with laundry area and separate toilet. The staircase leads, on the FIRST FLOOR, to a landing with office area and nice little library, to the pretty bathroom with toilet and whirlpool bath, then after 3 steps to the large attic bright and warm bdroom : double bed 160x200 and single bed as a spare. The cottage is located at the end of Anne-Marie's house, completely detached, with its own private garden of around 1000 m² with a landscaped pond (not protected) on the superb park. Very pleasant terrace with its pergola, dining area and relaxation area.
