You will fall under the spell of this adorable traditional half-timbered house with thatch and irises, nestled in the heart of a hectare of very well-kept park, planted with trees and flowers, including magnificent hydrangeas: plenty of space to relax, play with your family, have a drink or dine in the open air! On the interior side, Michèle has created a warm and elegant cocoon with your comfort always in mind: neat decoration, pretty antique furniture in a modern atmosphere, light and soothing tones; the house opens widely onto the garden thanks to its bay windows. The region is superb: in the heart of the Parc naturel des Boucles de la Seine normande, the Marais Vernier is just below, 3 km away: it is a vast nature reserve, one of the largest peat bogs in Europe. Take a walk, maybe you will come across a stork, a Camargue horse or a Scottish Highland cow? SINGLE-STORY GITE. The entrance leads to the warm living room with its lounge with very comfortable leather furniture and its spacious dining area, facing the garden. Independent kitchen very well equipped with a small dining area. Two pretty bright bedrooms: the first has a view of the garden and can be installed, as desired, with a double bed (160x200) or 2 twins; the second offers a double bed (this room does not yet have a window but a fixed frame on the corridor side for lighting). You benefit from a garden all around the cottage of approximately 3000m², with your parking, on the spacious enclosed one-hectare property shared with Michèle and Guy; garden furniture in front of the cottage and under the trees, nice relaxation lounge and deckchairs.
