In the heart of Petit Andelys, in a stunning setting, you'll fall under the spell of this elegant townhouse! Imagine: on the quayside, you're facing the Seine and the meadows that line its banks, with the chalk cliffs (a Natura 2000 protected site) on one side, the imposing Château Gaillard on the other, and behind you, this charming neighborhood with its old houses and small shops. Step inside, and the charm continues: the atmosphere is fresh and welcoming, the decor highlights the exposed timber framing and old beams in soft, pastel shades, flooded with light by the large windows. You'll feel the spirit of a true family home where you immediately feel at ease. Audrey has thought of everything, like the children's room with a small desk, books, and plenty of games, and has focused on your comfort for a truly cozy interior. Opposite you, on the quayside, is a large communal meadow perfect for running around. Ground floor: access via a hallway to entrance hall. This leads to the Opale bedroom with double bed. Toilet, sink, and laundry area. A staircase leads upstairs to the kitchen, then to open-plan living area overlooking the Seine: cozy lounge anD dining room. On the courtyard side is Ambre bedroom (double bed), and on the Seine side, Topaze bedroom with its small adjoining shower room. Bathroom and two separate toilets. The living room provides access to the upper floor, which has Agathe bedroom (accessed via a slightly steep staircase) on one side and Quartz bedroom (double bed and a pull-out bed for one or two people) and Jade bedroom (double bed and a single bed) on the other (via a second staircase); a shower room with a toilet is also located on this floor. From spring onwards, you can enjoy a 25 m² walled courtyard, a pleasant place to relax or share a meal together under the pergola. Parking available 150 meters away, but luggage can be dropped off in front of the cottage.
