All the vacation equipment is here: table soccer, play area for the little ones, petanque court, lounge furniture and games (darts, badminton, skittles) in an enclosed garden opening onto fields and forest, where you may catch a glimpse of deer or roe deer. Cycle path 1.5 km away (Avenue London-Paris). Entrance on the ground floor leads to a spacious living room opening onto the terrace and garden: entrance hall, well-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable dining area, cosy living room with wood-burning stove and games area with table soccer and games table. One bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet for disabled access (double bed 160x200). Separate toilet with washbasin.
