The secret Véronne valley, on its way to the Risle and Pont-Audemer, passes through the pretty village of Campigny, where La P'tite Normandy awaits you. The landscapes here are full of charm and relief, between sunken lanes, meadows, river banks and forest. Nathalie and Pascal have transformed this typical half-timbered house into a charming vacation home. You'll love the spaciousness, both inside and in the large garden around the house, and the ambience, with its mix of antique furniture and objects given a new look and current trends, always with an eye to your comfort, top-notch equipment and the little touches of home! The outside is really nice, with all the furniture you need to enjoy it (2 dining areas, lounge, sunbeds, benches) and lots of games; just like inside, with this trunk and lots of games for children and board games. The region, between Risle and the Normandy coast, is superb. SINGLE-STOREY GITE. Entrance into the large, colorful, bright and well-equipped kitchen-dining room, opening onto the covered terrace and garden. The room opens onto the comfortable living room, with a convertible sofa (fireplace just for decoration): direct access to the other part of the garden. Two bedrooms with double beds and small study areas. Large, bright shower room and laundry area with washing machine and dryer; separate wc. The house is set in a large, fully enclosed garden of over 1800 m², with various play areas, including a swing with slide, lots of bikes for young and old, mini-tractor, badminton, petanque... Grocery store with bread and tobacco bar in the village 500 m away, as well as a very good restaurant. Pont Audemer, 5 km away, offers many leisure activities: cinema, bowling, canoeing, canal walks, golf, swimming pool, shopping, etc.
