The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a "country house" feel: terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, pretty antique furniture and beautiful colors, with modern comforts designed with your vacation in mind. What's more, there's plenty to do! There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games and board games, not forgetting the relaxing garden lounge! Set in the Parc naturel des boucles de la Seine Normande, the gîte is perfectly situated for visiting Normandy: Marais Vernier, Honfleur, Rouen, route des chaumières... Ground floor: entrance from terrace into bright, welcoming living room: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining and sitting area. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The staircase leads to a relaxation area on the landing (convertible sofa), then to 2 elegant attic bedrooms, each with a double bed and a beautiful view of the garden. Cot and high chair available. There's plenty of space just for you in the spacious 5500m² landscaped garden, shared with Catherine and Patrick, who have their longère (second home) dating from 1798; the size of the grounds gives everyone complete independence. Plenty of games: badminton, trampoline, pétanque, mollky, table tennis and bicycles for young and old. An automatic gate and a large parking lot allow you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. Garage for bikes and motorcycles available. Here you're close to the coast, Pont Audemer, and many pretty villages like Le Bec Hellouin.
