Follow the pretty Risle valley to reach the "Orée des bois" on a vast area of 3 hectares of forest. In a clearing from where you can surprise deer or squirrels, you will love this large, really comfortable house, designed and thought out for your holidays. It offers a pretty living room that is both warm and bright, all open to the outside and its two terraces, a large kitchen perfect for preparing good meals and 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. On the leisure side, board games for indoors and of course plenty of games to imagine in the woods. Emilie and Rodolphe warmly welcome you and will share their good addresses with you in this beautiful region of southern Eure. Entrance on the ground floor, with cupboard. Beautiful spacious and very bright living room converted into a comfortable dining area on one side and on the other the very nice red leather lounge near the stove: it opens onto the 2 terraces. The kitchen is functional and very well equipped, with a scullery which still offers storage and gives access to the garden. A bedroom with also access to the terrace, with double bed and private bathroom. The toilets are detached. Upstairs, 3 good-sized and bright bedrooms, each with dressing room and view of the forest: the "wood" with double bed and single bed, the "green" with double bed 160x200 and private bathroom, and the "twin". Also a bathroom with wc and an area with a shower with jets.
