You are in an adorable little area of the Eure, between Les Andelys and its Gaillard castle, the banks of the Seine and the lake of Poses... beautiful walks in perspective with also the GR®2 nearby! Here, local Norman products are at your fingertips with 2 farms right next door and their good dairy and cider products. A small path leads you to the gîte which opens onto an entrance and a separate toilet. A large, bright living room opening onto the terrace and the garden: lounge area and wood-burning stove to warm up in winter, comfortable dining area and modern kitchen. Bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two staircases (in the entrance and in the kitchen) access on either side to the first attic floor, which makes the gîte completely modular. Upstairs, a bathroom with wc, a double bedroom (separable 180x200 bed) in sequined blue tones and a convertible sofa. A second bedroom in pink tones with 4 single beds, a landing converted into a relaxation area with a small library and a convertible sofa. Outside, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, sheltered smoking area with darts and a lovely view of the secure pond. The cottage is completely detached with your hosts as neighbours; the entire property is closed.
