From the terrace, you enter on the ground floor in the modern kitchen, equipped as a large one, with dining area. Also a separate toilet with washbasin. A miller's staircase leads you to the first floor which serves on one side the beautiful bright bedroom-living room with beautiful views of the garden and the countryside: sleeping area with the double bed (160x200) separable into 2 beds on request and day area with armchair and sofa (convertible for a child in repair, 100x180 cm) very cozy and also a table to choose between having a meal facing the pretty view or settling in teleworking. On the other side, the pretty bathroom, with sloping ceilings but very well equipped with walk-in shower (limited height but a seating area allows older children to settle in), vanity unit and toilet. You enjoy a garden area of approximately 600 m² on the large enclosed property, as well as a beautiful wooden terrace with all the furniture for a meal in the open air, a siesta or a tanning session. You are here in an adorable little Normandy area, between the majestic Seine loops and the picturesque Risle valley. In a very quiet hamlet, a lavender path leads you straight to this little cocoon that Serge has furnished with great taste and the desire to make your stay a real moment of relaxation. On its large property with a pretty garden planted with trees and flowers, the gite, with its typical timber framings, is nevertheless detached with its own garden area, a large, very nice and landscaped wooden terrace: make yourself comfortable and relax on the soft sound of the lapping of the waterfall on the small water point. The interior is cozy and really warm, also very well equipped, whether for a short weekend for two or a longer stay. The region offers you beautiful surprises with nearby Pont-Audemer 5 km away, the Seine banks, the Fleurie coast or the Pays d'Auge.
